How can cultivating resilience capacities—like emotional regulation, social connection, and deep relationship with nature—support our work and well-being in these uncertain times?
Join an upcoming, experiential workshop designed for those on the front lines of climate adaptation, community regeneration, conservation, and regional response and recovery efforts in the Hudson Valley. This workshop will provide a supportive environment and solid grounding during these times of rapid change across the region. Participants will deepen their personal and collective capacities for resilience, drawing from science and the skills and wisdom cultivated through contemplative practices.
