The original estate mansion from Old Mill Farm will be restored and preserved as one of the Great Estates of Greenwich. Maximum capacity for flowing gatherings - 150 guests. For seated lectures, 90 guests, for round tables, 20 guests.

Tucked in the woods near the Great Pond, TLC, is an intimate rugged space. With its original fireplace and warm wood construction, it is perfect for 15 -20 guests for a yoga or wellness retreat or convening.

Formerly a working horse barn, the exterior of the TSS has been restored to its former glory salvaging old materials, repurposing and renewing old doors, leaded glass windows, and original hardware.Today the 2500 square foot open span heated space can be used for smaller gatherings or an art studio. 

The original property greenhouses have been reimagined as an open, sunny gathering space. Bright, casual and seasonal, The Greenhouse brings the outside in, offering a way to meet in a natural, inspiring flexible environment.
