We are excited to showcase organizations driving meaningful change across employment, technology, arts, wellness, and more. The Expo runs during morning coffee from 9:00-9:30 AM and again during lunch from 12:30-1:30 PM, allowing for plenty of time to connect, explore, and discover.

Coffee for Good: A Greenwich, CT nonprofit café and catering company that provides paid job training to young adults with developmental disabilities and helps them secure competitive integrated employment.


EPIC Players: A nonprofit neuro-inclusive theater company creating professional performing arts opportunities for neurodivergent and disabled artists through stage productions, training, and career development in New York and Los Angeles.


The Prospector: A Ridgefield, CT nonprofit improving the quality of life for people with disabilities through competitive integrated employment at its movie theater and gourmet popcorn company.


Wilton Kneads: A Wilton, CT nonprofit that empowers young adults with disabilities by providing meaningful employment and vocational training in a bakery setting.


Woof Gang: A Fairfield, CT nonprofit empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through vocational training and entrepreneurship centered on the production and sale of handmade dog treats and pet toys.


Amrita Health Foods: A mission-driven food company crafting nut-free, gluten-free protein bars and oatmeal while intentionally employing young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

SedMed: A medical device company improving safety, dignity, and independence in mobility, eldercare, and rehabilitation through innovative hydraulic toilet seat lift technology.


We Hear You: A hardware and software company building affordable products that make doors accessible for people of all abilities.


Wheel It Forward: A Connecticut nonprofit that provides free access to durable medical equipment by collecting, refurbishing, and lending donated mobility and home-care equipment to people in need.


Zamonos: A technology company building a community-powered platform that helps people find accessible places by crowdsourcing trusted accessibility information from people with lived experience.

Eleplan: An AI-powered platform serving as an operating system for family caregivers, centralizing documents, medications, appointments, and care team coordination in one secure place.

Sign-Speak: A language software platform that provides real-time, bi-directional sign language (ASL) interpretation by leveraging AI and Avatars.
