On September 10, Foundation House convened nearly 80 investors, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, and practitioners for Women in Impact II: Society. The morning moved quickly from inspiration to action, examining what it takes to move more capital to women and girls, close gaps in health and wealth, and build financial tools that meet women where they are.

More than a billion people around the world live with a disability. Add aging populations and caregivers, and this community is one of the largest, fastest growing, and most under-served segments in the global economy. Yet the July 10 gathering at Foundation House opened with a simpler observation: most products, programs, and capital flows still are not built with these people in mind.
